1. About this policy
This privacy policy concerns FrameSprint — Screenshot Maker, developed by AWAYLAO LABS. It describes the local image-editing workflow and related support and hosting considerations.
2. Images and editing
Images you choose for editing are processed on your device. The image-editing workflow described by the developer does not require uploading those images to a processing server. Importing a file allows the editor to access that file for the purpose you select. Exported files remain under your control.
3. Local projects and storage
Where you save a project locally, the app or browser may retain the project and preferences in its local storage. Use available project controls or your browser/app storage settings to remove local data. Clearing storage may permanently remove saved work. Removing local app data does not automatically remove copies you exported or shared elsewhere.
4. Web delivery and third-party services
The web version is served through Cloudflare Pages. Loading the web app involves network requests for its pages and resources. Hosting and network providers may process technical request information such as an IP address, requested URL and browser information to deliver and protect their services. Local image editing should not be confused with the absence of all network traffic.
5. Support messages
If you email AWAYLAO LABS, the studio receives your email address and the information and attachments you voluntarily send. That information is used to respond to your request. Do not send sensitive images, passwords or full payment details. Email is processed by the services used to send and receive it.
6. Retention and deletion
Local projects remain until you remove them or the browser/device clears their storage. You can delete exported files through your device’s file controls. For support correspondence, you may request deletion by emailing the privacy contact below; the studio must confirm its retention period and any legally required exceptions before final publication. Hosting providers apply their own retention practices to technical request data.
7. Security and your choices
Use the HTTPS version of the service and keep your browser and device updated. Protect access to your device, local projects and exported files. You decide which images to import and what to share. No digital storage or transmission method can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
8. Changes and contact
